Refund Policy

At Mr J Escape Sdn Bhd, we’re committed to providing you with an exhilarating and memorable experience! We understand that plans can change, so please review our policy regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds.

All Bookings are Final

  • All bookings made for at Mr J Escape Sdn Bhd are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the live, time-sensitive nature of our escape room experiences, which have limited capacity.

Rescheduling Your Booking

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. While bookings are non-refundable, we may be able to reschedule your game under the following conditions:

  • Advance Notice: To reschedule your booking, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled game time. Rescheduling requests made after this window may not be accommodated and will be treated as a no-show.
  • How to Reschedule: Please contact us directly by contacting us to request a reschedule. Provide your booking confirmation number and preferred new date/time.
  • Subject to Availability: All rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to find an alternative time that works for you.
  • One Reschedule Limit: We typically allow for one complimentary reschedule per booking. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a small administrative fee or may not be permitted.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Late Arrivals: To ensure fairness to all our guests and to maintain our schedule, games will begin promptly at their scheduled time. If your group arrives late, your game time may be reduced accordingly, or you may not be able to play. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for late arrivals.
  • No-Shows: If your group does not arrive for your scheduled booking without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows.

Exceptions

  • Operational Issues: In the rare event that Mr J Escape Sdn Bhd must cancel a game due to unforeseen operational issues (e.g., technical problems, emergencies), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your game. We will notify you as soon as possible in such circumstances.
  • Gift Vouchers/Certificates: Gift vouchers or certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid for a specified period from the date of purchase.
